Bioserve's shipping and delivery policy allows customers to deliver orders within 2 to 10 business days from the date of order. Exchange and return are available within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be in their original condition without any changes or use.

In case of return of items included in special offers, all items included in the offer must be returned in full. In case of a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer, no additional fees will be applied to the customer, including shipping fees and transfer fees البنكي.

In case of return for other reasons, the shipping fees and bank transfer fees will be imposed on the customer. Items that are not in good condition, are used or not in their original condition, or require special storage conditions, will not be accepted for return.
