Exchange, Return and Shipping Policy
Exchange and return within 3 days from the date of receipt
Items must be intact and in their original condition without any alteration or use.
When returning items included in the offers, the entire offer group must be returned.
In case of returning the product due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer, no additional shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged. However, in case of return for other reasons, the shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Products that are damaged, used, not in their original condition, or items that require special storage conditions will not be returned.
If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, the shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
